This culturally responsive leader has over 19 years of experience successfully impacting her community through service, teaching, and learning. Ms. Wallace received her Bachelor’s degree from Florida A&M University and her Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and is currently enrolled in Doctoral Studies at Lynn University.

Ebony Solutions offers Crossover Coaching and Mentoring that helps clients ready to crossover in the mountains of ministry, leadership, and education. We provide research-based methodologies, teaching, and tools that develop the mindset and motivation necessary for our clients to successfully crossover into their NEXT. Ms. Wallace is a Life Coach and Crossover specialist that has the knowledge to train staff to improve and maintain a high standard of services. As an Innovative Education trainer, Ebony has worked with leadership and collaborated successfully with clients, mid-level management, executive leadership, and community leaders in public and private organizations. Her focus on adult andragogy and pedagogical techniques translates into interactive and impactful training experiences regardless of the modality.
